The server needs you! I recently had to reduce my internet speed back to what it was before our server got popular, due to lack of donations. It cost (well, used to cost) $60 a month extra to get the top-tier 50/15 mbps service. Now we're down to 30/6, and it seems to be causing some lag. I'd like to get us upgraded again to the 50/15 plan! The good news is, the 50/15 plan has been reduced to only $45/month above what I am already paying, and I do have enough in monthly donations to cover $30/month of it. I need a few one-time donations to keep us going along with that, or someone else to pledge $15/month, and then I'll get us back up and running on the faster plan. I've looked into colocation of the server as well, and the best price I could get was $60/month for a 10mbps up/down line. So, slower speeds, higher prices, and I wouldn't have immediate access to the server if something went wrong with the hardware. It doesn't seem like a good option. And of course, renting a server with comparable specs is just out-of-the-park expensive..! So, who wants to help out with a donation to help us get back to a lag-free experience?

Tossed 30 in the pot. With the amount of people who play this server and use its VoIP it really doesn't take much to get the requisite funds, and it really helps everyone in the community. Send the Sgt next weeks latte money and we all play with less lag.
Well that should be enough to get us going for now then, thanks! Certainly, more donations will help us keep running hitch-free for longer, and I'll try to let you guys know sooner if it is looking like I will be running out.

Is it an additional $15 to upgrade from VIP to VIP+, or a full $30? Either way, I'll do that this weekend to help out a bit.
I think you should concentrate more on promotion, rather than asking players for donations. Right now, the lack of players on the server itself is the biggest problem. Spike, hit me with a PM if you're interested in a fancy promotion video, I can show you some of my work.
Just donated, theres $20 heading your way. I love this server and it wold be a shame to loose such a great community to lag.
